It’s very easy to judge ourselves and others very harshly, as it’s also very easy to think negatively about things because finding an optimistic point of view seems so out of reach and almost impossible sometimes. I don’t know about you, but I find myself having an existential crisis frequently, and I always wonder where I stand as an individual, as a woman and as a contributor to society. Maybe it’ s because I stress out more than I should or because I tend to overthink things. As I grow older, I find it harder to feel inspired and motivated on a daily basis.
